FAQs
Every purchase made at a Lyoness partner company brings money back into your account. Because of this advantage, of the Lyoness shopping community, the daily purchases can be optimized. Every registered member of the Lyoness community automatically supports the Child & Family Foundation with every purchase.
The Lyoness Child & Family Foundation is financed by a fixed percentage of all sales made through Lyoness and grants from Lyoness groups. The generated budget is used for national and international projects, which are chosen following a strict criteria.
The Child & Family Foundation operates on the principle: "Doing good with every purchase." Active users of the Cashback Card, vouchers, Cashback onlineshops and the Mobile Cashback don’t just save money, they also help people in need at the same time. In addition, you can support the foundation with the purchase of the charity song "The Miracle of Lyoness", of the foundation merchandise products or by renting the charity bike. However, you also have the possibility to donate an amount for a specific Lyoness Child & Family Foundation project directly. Read more about this under "I want to help".
Every Lyoness member, employee, partner and supporter of the Child & Family Foundation share the same goal that ensures:
- that we act in the best interests of the beneficiaries at all times,
- that we stay aware
- that we recognise genuine need
- that we make our evaluations carefully
- that we work professionally as a team
- that we share our support fairly.
